Main Street Bakery's Gourmet Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies

This is a delicious, wonderful cookie recipe. In all honesty delicious is an understatement, the dough was good enough that it tasted like ice cream. Definitely a must have for any chocolate lover!



1 cup Butter
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 cup Sugar
2 large Eggs
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 cup Cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups Flour
1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
18 oz. Semisweet chocolate chunks (I used chips instead of chunks)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine butter, sugars, vanilla, and cocoa powder together and cream them. Then, add remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Spoon onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 5-8 minutes (if bigger cookies, cook up to 10 minutes).

Cream everything together
Add chocolate chips/chunks
Final baked product
