Ingredients:
2 cups cooked and diced chicken
½ cup sliced, blanched and drained mushrooms
½ cup blanched asparagus
Dressing:
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon celery salt
1 tablespoon sweet pickle juice
to taste salt
to taste white pepper
Blanch the asparagus and mushrooms, and cook chicken. Mix together, and mix the dressing. Pour dressing over the salad and mix well.
